Phillip realises that certain people may be vulnerable when accessing any computer devices. He is passionate about keeping people safe online by bridging the gap between technology and accessibility by providing one-to-one support or in a group setting. Phillip is familiar with the NDIS system, and he has understanding and experience working with people with different disabilities. NDIS service agreement form can be discussed on bookings. Invoices and receipts are provided to customers, including those who have NDIS self-managed plans. A recommendation can be provided should a customer wish to discuss IT support goals for the NDIS plan with an accredited person.
